The following article is relevant for customer using Office 365 with the requirement of configuring DNS records in cPanel:

NB: For the purpose of this article, we will use “domain.com“. Please replace “domain.com” with your actual domain name, throughout this article, to ensure a successful setup.

  1. Log into your cPanel (cpanel.domain.com:2083) using your username and password.
  2. In cPanel, select “Zone Editor” and add the following records:

As these DNS record changes need to propagate globally, the records can take anything from a few minutes to a few hours.
