Synopsis

This guide will show you how to reset your BlackBerry activation password from the Control Panel.

Applicable to

All SyncMyMail 2010 hosted Exchange accounts.

Prerequisite

  • a SyncMyMail 2010 hosted Exchange account
  • a BlackBerry device

How to

  1. Log into the 2010 Control Panel.
  2. Select the user for whom you wish to reset the password.

  3. Click on Reset Password in the BlackBerry section under Tasks.

  4. Type your new password, then click on Reset Password.
