This article explains how to recover deleted items from your Exchange mailbox using Outlook 2010.

All SyncMyOffice hosted Exchange accounts.


You must have a SyncMyOffice hosted Exchange account.

How to

  1. Open Outlook 2010.
  1. Select the folder where the items you want to recover were originally located. Under the Folder tab in the Office Ribbon, click on the Recover Deleted Items icon.


  1. In the Recover Deleted Items window, select the emails you would like to recover, then click on the Recover Selected Items icon.


  1. The items are immediately recovered to their original location before permanent deletion.
