How to manage the Spam filtering level.

Applicable to

All SyncMyMail 2010 hosted Exchange accounts.

Prerequisite

  • You must have a SyncMyMail 2010 hosted Exchange account

How to

  1. Log into the Control Panel.
  2. Click on Spam Settings, located in the Organisation » Exchange section under Tasks.

  3. Choose the Spam filtering level that is right for you.
    • If you choose Off, no filtering will occur.
    • If you choose Low, the most obvious junk emails will be moved to the Junk E-mail folder.
    • If you choose Medium (Default), most junk emails will be moved to the Junk E-mail folder, but some may land in your Inbox.
    • If you choose High, the most obvious junk emails will be blocked, other junk emails will be moved to the Junk E-mail folder and some regular emails may also be moved this folder, so you need to check it often

  4. Click on Save.
