How to import a user list (Exchange 2016).

Applicable to

All SyncMyOffice Hosted Exchange accounts.

Prerequisite

You must have a SyncMyOffice Hosted Exchange account.

How to

1) Log into the Control Panel.

2) Click on Import users, located in the Users section under Tasks.

 

3) Click on Download basic user import spreadsheet or Download advanced user import spreadsheet, depending on what kind of info you wish to import.

 

4) Save the file on your computer and then enter your user information into the spreadsheet.

 

Note: Do not modify the columns. Doing so will corrupt the import process and it will fail.

 

5) Return to the Import users page and click on Choose File.

 

6) Find your import users spreadsheet and then click on Open.

 

7) Click on Import
