This guide will show you how to change the Outlook profile after creating a new profile (e.g. during migration).

How to

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. On your Desktop, go to Start– Control Panel

  4. Click on User Accounts and Family Safety.

  6. Click on Mail.

  8. Click on Show profiles.

  10. On the drop down, under “Always use this profile”, select new profile which was just created and then Click OK

  12. Open Outlook.
