This guide will show you how to change the Outlook profile after creating a new profile (e.g. during migration).
All SyncMyOffice accounts.
- Outlook for Windows
- Close Outlook.
- On your Desktop, go to Start– Control Panel
- Click on User Accounts and Family Safety.
- Click on Mail.
- Click on Show profiles.
- On the drop down, under “Always use this profile”, select new profile which was just created and then Click OK
- Open Outlook.
