Synopsis

This guide will show you how to add a BlackBerry to a user from the Control Panel.

Applicable to

All SyncMyOffice 2013 hosted Exchange accounts.

Prerequisite

  • a SyncMyOffice Exchange 2013 account
  • a Blackberry device

How to

  1. Log into the 2013 Control Panel.
  2. Select the user for whom you wish to add a BlackBerry.

  4. Click on Activate, located in the BlackBerrysection under Task

  6. Enter the password you wish to give to the BlackBerry account.

  8. Click on Activate.
